16 - 0.5 cup warm milk

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and parsley until just blended.
03 - Form mixture into 16 uniform meatballs, arrange on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
