05 - Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes to absorb moisture and improve consistency.
06 - Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
07 - Warm olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
08 - Cook each patty for 5 to 6 minutes per side until edges are crisp and exterior is golden brown.
