- Finely grated fresh ginger: 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (5 ml)
- Finely chopped crystallized ginger (optional): 1/4 cup (35 g)
- Sea salt: Pinch

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and shredded coconut.
- Add wet ingredients:

- Combine:
- Stir until a thick, sticky dough forms. If using, fold in the crystallized ginger.

- Chill:
