# What You Need:
→ Chocolate Base
01 - 3.5 ounces semisweet chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa)
02 - 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
→ Mousse
03 - 2 large eggs, separated
04 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
05 - 5.3 ounces low-fat Greek yogurt
06 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt
→ Garnish (optional)
08 - Fresh berries
09 - Shaved chocolate
10 - Mint leaves
# Directions:
01 - Gently melt the chocolate and milk together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and creamy. Blend in the cooled melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
03 - In a separate clean, grease-free bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
04 - Carefully fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture in three additions, maintaining the mousse’s airy texture.
05 - Divide mousse among four serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
06 - Top each serving with fresh berries, shaved chocolate, or mint leaves just before serving, if desired.
