# What You Need:
→ Sausage
01 - 2 classic pork bratwurst sausages
02 - 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
→ Curry Sauce
03 - 2/3 cup ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon mild curry powder, plus extra for garnish
05 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
07 - 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
08 - 1 pinch cayenne pepper, optional
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Directions:
01 - Warm the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add bratwurst sausages and cook, turning occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until evenly browned and fully cooked.
02 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine ketchup, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir and heat gently for 3 to 5 minutes until warmed through. Adjust seasoning as needed.
03 - Once cooked, transfer bratwurst to a cutting board and slice into bite-sized pieces.
04 - Arrange sliced bratwurst on serving plates. Generously spoon the warm curry sauce over the sausages. Dust with additional curry powder for garnish. Serve immediately, optionally accompanied by fries or a bread roll.
