# What You Need:

01 - 24 whole wheat crackers, round or square
02 - 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 24 small squares
→ Roasted Red Pepper Dip
03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt
→ Decoration
09 - 24 thin strips of black olives
10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
02 - Place crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted but not bubbling, then remove and let cool slightly.
04 - In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of the roasted red pepper dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Lay a black olive strip across each dip to create a belt and place a small yellow pepper or cheddar square in the center as the buckle.
07 - Arrange decorated crackers on a platter and serve immediately.
