Recipe Questions & Answers

Can I substitute the ground pork?

Yes, ground chicken, turkey, or beef work well. Adjust seasonings for your chosen meat.

Can I use other noodles?

Ramen noodles create a unique texture, but instant wheat noodles or thin egg noodles are suitable alternatives.

How spicy is this dish?

The heat level comes mainly from gochujang and red pepper flakes; both can be reduced or increased to preference.

Is it possible to make this ahead?

Absolutely. Assemble and refrigerate before baking, then bake fresh when ready to serve for the best texture.

What are good garnish options?

Sliced green onions, chili oil drizzle, or fresh herbs like cilantro brighten up the finished lasagna.

Can this be made vegetarian?

It can be adapted using sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and lentils instead of meat for a hearty, veggie-forward lasagna.
