# Directions:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Continue beating until well combined.
03 - Pour in the heavy cream and mint extract, then beat until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in texture.
04 - If using, add green food coloring and mix until the desired festive shade is reached.
05 - Using a rubber spatula, fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
06 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra mini chocolate chips or a sprinkle of green sugar if desired.
07 - Serve immediately with dippers of your choice, or refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.
