Tortilla Pizza Rolls (Printable)

Fluffy tortillas filled with cheese, sauce, and pepperoni, then baked until golden and bubbly. Great for quick bites.

# What You Need:

→ Tortillas & Base

01 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-12 inch diameter)
02 - Cooking spray or 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing

→ Sauce & Cheese

03 - 1 cup pizza sauce (approximately 8 ounces)
04 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)

→ Toppings

05 - 1 cup diced pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
06 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives (approximately 2 ounces)
07 - 1/2 cup diced bell peppers, any color

→ Seasonings

08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce evenly across the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edges. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce layer.
03 - Distribute 1/4 cup diced pepperoni, 1 tablespoon diced bell peppers, and 1 tablespoon black olives over the cheese. Sprinkle evenly with a pinch of garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.
04 - Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a pinwheel cylinder, ensuring the fillings remain securely inside. Press gently to seal the seam.
05 - Repeat the layering, topping, and rolling process for the remaining three tortillas, using equal portions of ingredients for each.
06 - Arrange the rolled tortillas seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the tops with olive oil or mist with cooking spray to promote golden browning.
07 - Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tortilla wraps are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Rotate the baking sheet halfway through for even browning.
08 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes. Slice each roll into 1-2 inch bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
09 - Transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
