# What You Need:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 g)
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
04 - 4 large egg yolks
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream (120 ml)
06 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
08 - Vegetable oil, for frying
09 - 1 cup powdered sugar (120 g), for dusting

10 - 1 cup pastel Jordan almonds (150 g)
11 - 1 cup white chocolate-covered pretzels (120 g)
12 - 1 cup pink and white marshmallows (150 g)
13 - 1/2 cup gummy candies (butterflies, hearts, or flowers, 75 g)
14 - 1/2 cup meringue kisses (50 g)

→ Fruit

15 - 1 cup fresh raspberries (150 g)
16 - 1 cup strawberries, halved (150 g)
17 - 1 cup seedless grapes (150 g)

→ Sweet Dips

18 - 1/2 cup lemon curd (120 ml)
19 - 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (120 ml)

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. Add egg yolks, sour cream, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
02 - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and allow to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
03 - Roll the dough very thin, approximately 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into strips measuring 1 inch by 4 inches. Make a 1-inch slit in the center of each strip and pull one end through to form a twist.
04 - Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan with 2 inches depth. Fry the angel wings in batches for about 1 minute per side or until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels and dust generously with powdered sugar.
05 - Arrange the cooled angel wings as the centerpiece on a large serving board. Cluster candies, fruits, and meringue kisses attractively around them. Place lemon curd and vanilla yogurt in small bowls nestled among the sweets.
06 - Present the board immediately to guests for sharing and enjoyment.
