01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

05 - 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
→ Seasonings
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl until smooth.
03 - Incorporate Parmesan, mozzarella, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes if using, and parsley until evenly blended.
04 - Spread the mixture evenly into a 1 to 1.5 quart baking dish.
05 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is hot and golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with additional parsley.
07 - Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
