10 - 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
11 - Festive sprinkles or edible glitter
12 - Mini pretzel sticks for tree trunks
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - Whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
03 - In a large bowl, beat melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully incorporated.
04 - Fold dry mixture into wet ingredients until just combined. Stir in chopped pistachios evenly.
05 - Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 23 to 25 minutes until center is set but moist crumbs remain on a toothpick.
06 - Allow blondies to cool in the pan on a wire rack until completely set.
07 - Lift blondies from pan using parchment overhang. Cut into triangles resembling Christmas trees. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over pieces. Decorate with sprinkles and insert pretzel sticks at bases for trunks.
08 - Let the decorations set before serving to retain shape and texture.
