02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

# Directions:

01 - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Using a spreading knife, evenly coat each tortilla with 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) of softened cream cheese.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle chopped dill and diced red onion over the cheese, then drizzle with yellow mustard, if desired.
05 - Position a whole dill pickle along the edge of each prepared tortilla.
