# What You Need:
→ Probiotic Base
01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices, for garnish
09 - Ice cubes, to serve
# Directions:
01 - Dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water inside a clean glass jar. Incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Secure the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and a rubber band. Leave to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours until lightly effervescent and tangy.
03 - Strain out kefir grains or ginger bug with a fine mesh strainer. Set aside culture for future use or discard.
04 - Mix fermented soda with orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves in a pitcher. Stir gently to integrate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour mocktail over, and garnish with an orange slice and extra mint leaves. Serve promptly for optimal carbonation.
